The Not This Widow Foundation is happy to announce its first event on:
Saturday 23rd of September 2023.
We will be hosting up to 60 widows on the day.
We would love for you to join us.
The day will consist of a workshop from 10am to 1pm where we will show you how to grieve in a healthy way, managing life after your loss and how to manage your emotional and mental health and that of your children if you have any and much more.
From 1:30pm to 4:30pm, we will have a great networking opportunity, speakers, sumptuous lunch and music.
